CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Booking
When confirming the online reservation, it is necessary to secure the reservation with an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the reservation amount.

The reservation will be confirmed by us only upon receipt of the advance payment.
2. Arrivals and departures:
The room will be available to you on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please leave the apartment by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you would like to move into the room earlier or if you would like to leave it later, this is possible by prior agreement.
3. Terms of cancellation of reservations:
In the event that a guest cancels an already confirmed reservation, does not arrive on the agreed date or leaves early, the following cancellation conditions apply:
up to 4 days before arrival, cancellation is free
3 – 0 days before arrival we keep 30% of the reservation amount – Advance payment
In any case, we reserve the right to charge you the administrative costs associated with the resulting cancellation.
4. Means of payment:
Cash, debit cards (Maestro), credit cards (Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa), Paypal, transfer to our transaction account before departure.
