At 200th anniversary of our estate, we have crafted a cuvée using our ancestors winemaking methods. Our process involves macerating Rebula, Malvasia, Zelen, and Pinela grapes in open wooden vats for 7 days, followed by a year of aging in old wooden barrels. The resulting white wine boasts a structured body and a mature aroma of dried fruit, vanilla, hay, thyme, and Mediterranean spices. On the palate, the wine offers a dry taste with an oily structure, mature acidity, and a lingering finish.
