Our vineyard carefully selects fully ripe Rebula and Yellow Muscat grapes, which are then carefully dried in wooden crates for six months. From this process, a concentrated must is extracted to produce a sweet wine that boasts high levels of acidity and sugar. This wine has a rich flavor profile, featuring notes of dried fruit, apricot, raisins, and candied citrus. The wine has an oily texture that is both dense and harmonious, with a beautiful acidity that perfectly balances the sweetness.
